Is there really such place as Wisteria Lane??

I live in Rhode Island, and there is a Wisteria Lane in the town next to where I live. It is in Coventry,RI but there are alot of old people that live on that road.

Is there really such place as Wisteria Lane??
No I'm afraid not, it is actuall a film set in Universal Studios is Los Angeles..!!! How do I know? I was there last year and toured around it. The set has been used for loads of other filming but I can't think now what they were.

I remember it being in the paper when Desperate Housewives first started on TV.
