What is the dominant color used in monet's paintings. Wisteria?

Probably white. Having to mix all those lights, even if the colors are still colorful, there's got to be a whole lot of white mixed in.

well white will be in any oil painting, but he like his cobalt blue- cad yellow green
Reply:you will probably never find a solid answer for this question. but if you google monet and get a website that has faithfully colored renditions of his paintings then you can judge for yourself. Yes, he used a lot of purpley blue colors, but then he used orangey gold/hay colors quite a bit too.
Reply:Green. Not technically the most used paint but he uses a particularly bright green that pops out all the time.
