I have a plant with a red stock %26amp; green stems. The leaves are tear shaped with symmetrical veining. What is it? It's currently very small because it's just a seedling that popped up in my potted wisteria.

Sounds like Pokeberry. It's a weed. A poisonious weed. Birds eat the berries and the seeds pass through them and land everywhere. If you can pull it now, do so. Once it starts growing it hates to be removed.
