Wisteria bush?
It may need even more sun. You may try giving it a shot of bonemeal (high phosphorus) to see if that will work. My wisteria is on the south side of our house and gets sun all day...I gave it a heavy shot of bone meal (good for stimulating blooming) this spring and it has over 100 buds on it. If they aren't producing blooms yet it MAY be too late this year but maybe not. I would try giving it a shot of Bonemeal if that doesn't work move it to an even sunnier location.

The other option is you may have a chinese wisteria and they can take years to bloom. If you have one of these and its a young plant it won't bloom for a while.
Reply:I have a wisteria that took 5 years to get the first blossom. Now it gets a whole lot more.
